Sheraton Eatontown Festival of Trees Support and Spirit Series goes out to Family Promise of Monmouth County. This years event will feature over 30 local charitable and non-profit organizations. The goal in writing these posts is further exposure for participating groups with the hopes of drawing in folks who may never have heard of them before. Our Festival of Trees team wants to raise money for charity and make this our best year out of the 22 we have been hosting Festival of Trees.
Family Promise of Monmouth County (FPMC) provides homeless children and their families with food, shelter and comprehensive services by partnering with our community and advocating for innovative solutions to ending family homelessness. FPMC is the only shelter for families with children in Monmouth County and is often the last place families can turn to when there is no where else to go. Eight out of ten our families graduate into housing because of our intensive case management that helps them overcome the factors that lead to homelessness. Family Promise has served 160 families in the last ten years.
