Sheraton Eatontown Festival of Trees Support and Spirit Series post is on Pastry Arts Club-Culinary Education Center of Monmouth  This year, our annual event will feature over 30 local charitable and non-profit organizations. We are writing a post on each participating group with the hope of educating and drawing in folks who may never have heard of them before. Our Festival of Trees team wants to raise money for charity and make this our best year out of the 22 we have been hosting Festival of Trees.

The Culinary Education Center of Monmouth County is a collaborative effort between Monmouth County Vocational School district and Brookdale Community College.

Students can earn a certificate in the Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts, as well as an Associates Degree in the Culinary Arts.  The Monmouth County Vocational school district, in partnership with local high schools, provides students with career, technical and academic education needed to develop quality 21st Century Career and Life Skills and post secondary opportunities.

The Pastry Arts Club fosters an environment in which students can employ their skills and expand their educational experience beyond the classroom curriculum.  The club introduce students to the importance of community service and allows them to use their skills as part of community service events. The website for the Culinary Education Center is www.cec.mcvsd.org.
