The holiday season is quickly approaching and members of our Festival of Trees team at Sheraton Eatontown have been hard at work planning our 22nd annual event. A night we cherish as an opportunity to celebrate with our community and give back to local charities in need.
While others are bustling about on Black Friday purchasing gifts at deep discount prices, employees and volunteers of over 31 local charities and not-for-profits are at Sheraton Eatontown Hotel.
Trees start out as bare as the one at left. Themes have been planned, decorations have been gathered and everyone joins together to adorn carefully arranged trees to raise money and awareness for those less fortunate. A day amongst many spent preparing to give back in the true spirit of the holiday season.
On Tuesday, December 13, 2011 Sheraton Eatontown Hotel will host a holiday reception for the 22nd year in a row from 5:00pm to 9:00pm. The hotel comes alive with holiday spirit, stroll through our lobby and first floor pre-function areas and see for yourself.
A gift auction and giveaway features items from our generous corporate sponsors and local donations. Lou Russo from 94.3 The Point will be our emcee for the evening. With over 300 attendees annually, this is excellent exposure for your business or service. Please consider donating an item or gift basket to this worthy event and help make our 22nd annual Festival Of Trees a huge success. View our flyer and share if you can. (It takes a second or two to load so be patient.)
We are going to do Days of Spirit and feature a charity daily throughout the holidays using our blog, Facebook and Twitter. If you are unable to donate, please help us share the news through your feeds. Follow our presentations through our Facebook page and RSVP to the event either on Facebook or LinkedIn, keep up with us on Twitter, share our blog posts, and offer a much appreciated donation to our auction and gift giveaways by emailing our event Chair, Christy Warn. As you can see, she’s taking her position very seriously. —->
